Corpus
The corpus comprises the extant remains of Jewish Greek Bible versions, edited from manuscripts. They include continuous texts, glossaries and glosses in Jewish sources, scholia, and marginalia in Christian manuscripts. Some of these have been published previously, and have been revised for this corpus, others are new.
We intend to publish the texts on this website. There will be a brief description of each document, followed by a transcription of the text, typically in Hebrew characters, presented alongside an edited version in normalized Greek. A variety of display options will be available, which will allow you to compare the medieval Greek text with the Masoretic text, the Septuagint, the Hexapla and the Targums.
